A bespoke massage created to support your individual needs. Holistic massage is about creating a massage that works for you. Rather than following a set routine, each treatment is tailored to support your physical wellbeing and where appropriate, your emotional wellbeing too. Together, we'll consider what you feel your body needs, your lifestyle and how the treatment can support you emotionally. Your massage may be a full body treatment, focus on specific areas of tension, or spend more time where your body needs it most. The pressure can also be adjusted throughout the massage to suit your preferences and the needs of different areas. You can be as involved in guiding the treatment as you wish, or if you prefer, you can simply relax and allow me to use my experience and intuition to tailor the massage to what your body needs on the day.
Cancellation Policy
No online payment is required to book. You can simply pay in person on the day via bank transfer, PayPal or cash. Life happens, so if you need to move your time, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% fee before a new appointment can be booked.
