A bespoke massage created to support your individual needs - feel the benefits in your every day life. Holistic massage is about creating a massage that works for you. Rather than following a set routine, each treatment is tailored to support your physical wellbeing and where appropriate, your emotional wellbeing too. Together, we'll consider what you feel your body needs, your lifestyle and how the treatment can support you emotionally too. Your massage may be a full body treatment, focus on specific areas of tension, or spend more time where your body needs it most. The pressure can also be adjusted throughout the massage to suit your preferences and the needs of different areas. You can be as involved in guiding as much of the treatment as you wish, or if you prefer, you can simply relax and allow me to use my experience and intuition to tailor the massage to what your body needs on the day. A 90 minute holistic massage treatment can also be booked.
