Facial Reflexology - A gentle and deeply relaxing therapy to melt away stress, improve skin tone and calm the mind. Pressures and techniques are applied to specific areas and points on the face, some using quartz and amethyst crystals. This releases tension, both physically and emotionally leaving you with a real sense of calm that is felt throughout the treatment. Facial reflexology also improves skin tone and enhances blood circulation, leading to a radiant, glowing complexion. This natural approach to skincare can also help reduce puffiness, fine lines, and other signs of ageing. Indian Head Massage As this is combined with facial reflexology, it will be offered lying down instead of the traditional seated treatment. It will involved an upper back, shoulder and neck massage and scalp massage using different techniques that are both stimulating and relaxing. Within this particular treatment with facial reflexology, more relaxing movements and techniques are used over the stimulating ones. Oil is usually used within the hair and is very beneficial, but I do have clients that prefer not to have oil in their hair which is absolutely fine too.
